In most cases the only time a charge is made for a house call is when we decide a piece of equipment is no longer worth repair due to condition. It's a minimal cost to cover time.
For faster service just call, depending on your location we may be able to provide same-day service.
In some cases we would like the customer to be there to make the service call more productive and lessen the time it takes to complete repair. If only maintenance is required then all we need is a day phone number so if any questions arise we can contact you during the service call. At present time we only accept cash or checks for payment.
We will make all arrangements for parts and contact you when we receive them. No extra charges apply for the second service call.
Just call or email and we will make arrangements convenient for you.
In most cases, if you cannot be present during repair, we will contact you by phone to let you know the status of the repair and cost. For most maintenance service tune-ups we will just leave a bill.
